4. Overall Machine Performance
4.1 Structural parts are welded steel plates with strong rigidity.

The hydraulic system has overload relief protection, ensuring safety and reliability. 5.2 Gear pump selected for high pressure resistance and low noise. 5.3 Cylinder: 45# steel with tempering treatment, precision bored and ground inner hole. 5.4 Piston: 45# steel with tempering treatment, outer circle high-frequency quenching or chrome plating, precision grinding, and vibration grinding (super finishing). 5.5 Seals from Japan NOK company, with good sealing performance, reliable operation, and long service life. 5.6 Clear and intuitive oil level and temperature display. 5.7 Hydraulic system has coarse and fine two-stage filtration with high filtration accuracy. |

7. Functions of CNC Axes

7.1 Y1 and Y2 axes control slider stroke to control bending angle. Two grating rulers (Y1-Y2) are installed at both ends of the machine to measure the exact position of the slider relative to the workbench; the grating rulers are connected to the workbench so that column deformation does not affect slider positioning. Position data is immediately fed back to the CNC system, which calculates the output servo valve control signal. 7.2 V axis uses crowning control axis (deflection compensation). Using LVD's unique crowned workbench design and manufacturing technology, an ideal crowning curve is formed to achieve compensation along the full length, offsetting deformation of the slider and workbench under load, improving product quality. 7.3 X axis is the back gauge control axis, used to control the flange size of the bending machine. The X axis uses an imported servo motor driving a ball screw via a synchronous toothed pulley. Two back gauge fingers maintain synchronization during movement. Transmission is smooth, with high accuracy and low noise. |

9. Machine's Anti-Eccentric Load Capability
The machine's power servo system is a position control system that dynamically detects slider synchronization error via grating rulers. The CNC system sends electro-hydraulic servo valve signals to correct slider synchronization error, ensuring the slider remains parallel to the workbench even under full eccentric load.
