Where to start with the maintenance of CNC engraving machine manufacturers' engraving machines?

  1. The maintenance cycle of engraving machine equipment is generally set to once every 3 months for better results.

  2. Remove the X-axis cover, clean the chips and dirt on the lead screw and guide rail (using a silk cloth), and keep them dry and tidy.

  3. Remove the Z-axis cover and the connecting plate cover, clean the chips and dirt on the lead screw and guide rail, check if the Z-axis connecting plate is loose, check if the drag chain connecting plate is loose, check if the position of the X-axis origin switch bumper and the travel limit switch bumper has changed, and check if screws are loose.

  4. Remove the upper guard plate or cover of the Y-axis, clean the chips and dirt on the lead screw and guide rail, as well as the debris under the workbench, check if the wiring of the Y-axis origin switch and travel limit switch is loose or disconnected, and ensure reliable connections.

  5. Check the connection status of the connecting cables.

  6. Enter JDTEST to check the status of each signal position and the characteristics of each axis movement trajectory. After confirming correctness, run continuously for 30 minutes in EN3D. Normal operation indicates that regular maintenance is complete!

Daily maintenance of engraving machine manufacturers requires special attention. Regular maintenance is a must for machine tool upkeep. Operators need to learn and summarize more engraving machine maintenance skills and apply them to their work. This will greatly extend the machine tool's lifespan, allow long-term daily operation, and ensure the quality and efficiency of processed products.
